Before we look at homes in person, we will discuss your homeownership goals and desires, preferred neighbourhoods, price range and timeline. I will help you prioritize which features are most important to your lifestyle, whether it is highly-rated schools or proximity to certain amenities such as parks, health care or recreation facilities. In addition, I will explain what you can expect during the entire buying process, answer any of your questions and address your concerns.

When it comes to finding the right community, I can personally help you choose the area that is best suited to you and your family. Having lived and worked in Toronto my entire life, I truly know its neighbourhoods and the features and amenities each area offers.

I have a wealth of knowledge which will educate you on all aspects of buying a home. In addition, my trained eye will guide you through the viewing process to show you features you may not have noticed and issues you may not have spotted.

While negotiating property purchases I have helped many buyers select their preferred options regarding closing dates and conditions that work best for them. My team will handle the dozens of transactional details and we can help you in your home transitioning process if you are upsizing or downsizing.

Over the years, I have developed relationships with a large network of professionals who are experts in their fields and will be able to assist you with necessary services when buying a home. From qualified home inspectors, mortgage appraisers, lawyers, cleaners, movers and more, my connections can help you through every step. I can also recommend trusted tradespeople so you can start receiving quotes for any renovations you may wish to carry out once you take possession of the home.

Expert Negotiations

My master negotiation skills are critical to assist you in situations such as multiple offers to ensure you have the best possibility of the seller accepting your offer. In addition, I will explain the purpose for each of the clauses in the Offer to Purchase to include the best outcome for you in terms of payment arrangements and conditions.

Step 4

Seamless Closings

To guide you safely and comfortably through the closing period, my team will assist me in arranging buyer access visits to your new home, as outlined in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. This will allow you to see your new home and take measurements, plan interior decorating, renovations and more. We will check in with you on a regular basis to make sure everything is going well and that you are prepared for the big move.
